One of my favourite things to do in my crafting life is colouring flowers with alcohol markers; I just love the effects that you can create and how beautiful they look when you are finished. It is also one of the techniques that I share on my Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Marker Course, along with blending different colours together too, like I have done in the project below. I am actually taking bookings for my next Stampin’ Blends course now, so why not head over to my page for more information, or to book your spot! I used the upcoming Fragrant […]

How to make a giant cracker….

I love the Cracker and Treat Box dies from the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue and while the standard version is cute, it is a little small for a ‘proper’ gift, so I want to show you all how to make a giant cracker using exactly the same die set, some card and some paper. It’s much easier than you might think, and turned out a great size! All you need to do is cut four of the dies from the same colour cardstock and then watch my video for how to cut them down and pop them together. It doesn’t […]

Over on my YouTube channel this week I demonstrated how to make a centre step card for Christmas, using the gorgeous Boughs of Holly suite of products. The tutorial for how to make this centre step card is over on my YouTube Channel, just hit the picture below to head straight there, but because the measurements are a little tricky I have added them here, […]
