How to Make a Simple Stocking Filler…

I LOVE making quick and easy 3D projects, and there is not much that is quicker and easier than this simple stocking filler. All you need is a scrap of card, paper and twine, and half an acetate card box from Stampin’ Up! These come in packs of 10, so you could make 20 of these out of one pack! To start with, cut your acetate card box in half. I used my big Carl Cutter to cut mine with. Then all you need to do is take a piece of cardstock measuring 15.1cm x 5.1cm and score it on […]

I can’t quite believe that December is just around the corner, and seeing as it is the time for gift giving, I am bringing you a series of small gifts just perfect for friends and loved ones, kicking things off by showing you how to make a gorgeous gift bag. I have filled mine with a whole bag of chocolate limes, but you can fill this bag with whatever you want to! Non-Traditional Christmas Colours…

It has been a long time since I posted anything that wasn’t part of a blog hop, but I have recently found my crafting mojo again (just in time for Christmas!!) and so I wanted to share this gorgeous Christmas card with you, using non-traditional Christmas colours. I have used Polished Pink, Pale Papaya, Shaded Spruce and Soft Seafoam for my poinsettias and personally I think it looks stunning! I saw the Global Design Project #GDP319 was on the theme of Christmas this year, so I figured why not get posting and get entering this lovely challenge group. Did you […]

Hello and welcome to another Stamptastic Friends blog hop, where this month’s theme is ‘Nature’, a theme I have loosely followed for my handmade Christmas gift idea. The Stamptastic friends are a lovely bunch of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators who want to share their passion for all things crafty with you, so do […]

Colour Challenge – Casually Crafting Design Team Blog Hop Nov ’21…

The theme for this month’s hop is a colour challenge, and it’s a good one this month with a Monochrome theme of Basic Black, Basic Grey and Basic White. Personally I can’t wait to see what the other team members have got in store for us! The Peaceful Place Designer Series Papers immediately sprung to my mind when I saw this colour challenge, as they are filled with black, grey and white designs, and pairing them with the fabulous Arctic Bears stamp set has worked wonderfully I think. I must admit this might not at first seem like a project […]
