Beach Day card – Be Inspired Blog Hop March ’25…

Hello and welcome to the Be Inspired blog hop, where our theme this month is Ocean Fun, and I have made a fairly clean and simple card using the Beach Day stamp and die sets from Stampin’ Up! These sets have been out for a while now, but they are new to me and I had a lovely time stamping and colouring the elements for the front of my card, with the colours inspired by a card from my Color Cube from Sarah Renae Clark – I love having all that colour inspiration on hand and these work so beautifully […]

I absolutely love the paper in this suite, and the die cut sheets just make crafting so quick, easy and fun. They come in the same pack as the papers, so you don’t need to buy anything in addition, and pair well with all your other birthday stamps too. This card is a 5″ x 7″ card so I […]

Birthday Bonanza…

I have been busy making a card for Russ’s teenage niece, who is understandably quite upset that her party has been cancelled and she can’t see her friends. I hope that she still manages to have a nice day and can look forward to a party in the future. For now, I hope to bring her a little cheer with these incredibly cute animals from the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper. I haven’t used the stamp set for this card, just the Designer Series Paper (£10.75) so I fussy cut each of the animals out. You get some lovely background […]

Happy Birthday to You…

I was so loving colouring with the Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers that I coloured in several of these gorgeous cake images from the Happy Birthday to You stamp set. If you like the look of this stamp set then read to the end to find out how you can win one of these for yourself. I have paired it here with the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper. This has some lovely floral patterns and I have chosen one with light pastel shades. I coloured the image in with Mint Macaron, So Saffron, Crumb Cake and Petal Pink Blends, before cutting […]
