Make a quick and easy handmade card – Casually Crafting Blog Hop Feb ’21…

My hand was forced for this post after I realised I had made a fun fold card instead of a colour challenge card for the hop, so it has turned into a ‘quick and easy handmade card’ instead! This only took me 15 minutes to make, and that was including the design time, so this one would be great for when you need a card in a hurry. The colours for this month’s colour challenge are Rich Razzleberry, Fresh Freesia and Old Olive, a beautiful combination and perfect for flowers, which is great for me as I have been wanting […]

Bloom where you are planted…

One of the more unusual suites in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue from Stampin’ Up! is the Bloom Where you are Planted suite, with it’s natural papers and gorgeous houseplants. It makes a nice change from the flowers that I love so much! In fact, the only stamp that I have used on this card is the sentiment stamp, and there are plenty of other lovely sentiments in this set too, along with all of the plant images, but I chose to fussy cut the elements from the Designer Series Paper.
