The Softly Sophisticated Bundle is a gorgeous stamp and embossing folder bundle which work so beautifully together. I love how delicate the embossing is and the font on the sentiments is just gorgeous! Because there are no dies, I did fussy cut the three flowers, but they were quite easy and I think it was totally worth the effort!
Can you see that pretty shaped die in the background? That is from the new Thoughtful Expressions Dies, there are some lovely shapes in this new set. The colours I went for for this soft and delicate card were Balmy Blue (the DSP is from the Lighter than Air DSP), Lemon Lolly and Bubble Bath. I do love this combo!
A little ink blending on the embossed background really lifts it I think, and gives some depth and dimension, a good base for the die cut and fussy cut flowers to lay on. Then I just finished it off with some blue twine (also from the Hot Air Balloon suite), some blue sequins and a nice sentiment.
