We here at the Creativity Abounds Blog Hop Team had out 8th Stamp Camp this weekend just gone, using the By The Bay suite of products, and this multi-faceted box was the bonus project that I chose to demonstrate live on the day.
So… What is a Stamp Camp?
The Stamp Camp is available to anyone who purchases the corresponding suite (or equivalent up to the value of) from one of the 13 demonstrators who are participating. Once you have your suite, I send out enough cardstock and a PDF to make 13 tutorial led (including a YouTube video) Make and Takes, and then on the day you get an additional 13 bonus projects too, with measurements in both Imperial and Metric.
Basically, you get a whole load more bang for your buck when you sign up to a Stamp Camp, that’s for sure, and come away full of inspiration to really get crafting with your new goodies.
I am afraid to say I am unable to give you any measurements for this box (unless you were to purchase the suite from me!) but did want to show you what I demonstrated (mainly because I kind of have to by the groups rules! lol)
Quite a few people made it and said it came together much easier than they thought it would, and it even holds a spool of ribbon (though I think I would rather have chocolate!)
To decorate the Multi-Faceted box I simply used some of the Designer Series Paper – no stamps or dies needed here. The patterned paper is enough to really bring the project to life and that cute little wading bird on top is plenty decoration enough for me.
