I wanted to share something a little different on this week’s YouTube live video, and I opted to show you guys how to make a card in a box, with chocolates, of course! The perfect little Christmas gift for when you’ve been invited for a party, or for those last minute meetings between friends.
I used the gorgeous Lights Aglow papers for this project, and paired them with the Christmas Seasons and Merriest Moments stamp sets – I just love how these two work together.
The instructions to make this project are all over on my YouTube Channel, just hit the picture below to head straight there, but if you want to pre-cut the paper and cards, I’ve listed the measurements below it for you too!
To make the card you will need a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock measuring 12″ x 3″, scored at 3″, 6″ and 9″. You will also need five pieces of paper measuring 2 3/4″.
To make the box you will need two pieces of Very Vanilla Cardstock measuring 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″. Score one on all four sides at 1″ and one on all four sides at just under 1″ (I explain this in the video. You will also need a piece of gold foil measuring 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ and a piece of paper measuring 3″ x 3″
