Hello and welcome to the Be Inspired blog hop, where our theme this month is Techniques, and I have made a Vintage Style Card, showcasing how to make a more vintage look to your project I used the lovely Gallery Blooms stamp set for this card, I really love the images in the set, and how they looked when I stamped in Smoky Slate and then coloured in with some of my lighter Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers. To me it looks almost watercoloured, what do you think? I started with a Smoky Slate card base, and blended some Smoky Slate […]

Outdoor Themed Scrapbook Layout – Stamptastic Friends’ Blog Hop June ’25…

Hello and welcome to this month’s Stamptastic Friends’ Blog Hop, where our theme is ‘outdoors’, and I have got a wicked outdoor themed scrapbook layout for you! I recently took part in a fantastic ‘Wolf Run’ challenge, with lots of mud and obstacles, and really wanted to capture the memories of this amazing day. I had recently purchased the Weekend Adventures Scrapbooking Workshop Kit, and the papers and die cut elements went perfectly with my photos, and fit this theme too. I had a great time creating this double page spread, using the kit as inspiration, though it doesn’t look […]

Beautiful Butterflies – Color Fusers Blog Hop – Apr ’25

We are really into Spring here in the UK and these colours are just perfect for the weather that we have been having, so sunny and warm, just the weather for some beautiful butterflies too. I chose to work with the aptly named bundle from Stampin’ Up! this month, I just love how the stamps, dies and embossing folder all co-ordinate together. Because the embossing folder is a 6″ x 6″ one, I opted for a large card, using a pre-made 7″ x 7″ card base and envelope. You could make your own, but I had some on hand, so […]
