Soft Pastels – Color Fusers Blog Hop – January ’26

Hello and welcome to this month’s Color Fusers Blog Hop, with soft pastels and a hint of gold – just perfect for these Winter months which can be quite dull and dreary at times.

Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink work so beautifully together, and when you add Gold Foil, well that really is something truly special. I used two brand new sets for these cards, both available from today!!

The leafy stamp and die are both from the Nature’s Symphony bundle, along with the background stamp, and the flower and sentiment are from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set – I think these two work really well together.

The sentiment fits beautifully on the longest of the Three Banner Punch sentiment strips. I have been using this punch quite a lot recently – it really is perfect for lots of your smaller sentiments, and means you don’t always need to reach for a die – which makes me very happy!!

I knew I wanted to add some colour co-ordinating DSP to this soft pastels card, so reached for the Subtles paper pack – don’t you just love that mottled Lost Lagoon background – one of my favourites I think. The Petal Pink DSP is actually from the new Brushed with Beauty DSP, and the gems were clear until I coloured them in with the Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blends.

Thank you for stopping by, and until next time, Happy Stamping xx
